2011 da Vinci Award Finalist
NuStep’s Leg Stabilizer, an adaptive accessory that assists NuStep recumbent cross trainer users with lower extremity weakness, was one of three finalists for the 2011 da Vinci Award®.
The award, created by the Michigan Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, recognizes the latest developments and research in adaptive and assistive technologies that enable equal access and opportunity for people of all abilities.
Established in 2001, the da Vinci Awards is a prestigious international forum of recognition for individuals, organizations and corporations whose innovations are designed to enable everyone to participate in and contribute to all aspects of society.
The awards celebrate people who triumph over disabilities and those who develop new technologies that enhance mobility.
