Our payment options for home users include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, personal checks, and payment plans.
Shipping and delivery
We offer two delivery options: dock-to-dock and full service. Dock-to-dock delivery involves delivery to a loading dock or a similar location for receipt of the product. The customer assumes responsibility for the final installation and setup in the desired location. Full service delivery includes installation and setup in the preferred location, and the delivery company or a service provider will remove all packaging.
All T4 models are shipped in a single horizontal crate for delivery. Most T5 and T5XR shipments will be delivered fully assembled in a single horizontal crate. However, some delivery locations may require a multi-box shipment of the T5 or T5XR, and a service provider will be dispatched to assemble and install the machine in a desired location. Please contact a NuStep Active Living Consultant to determine your specific shipment and delivery requirements.
Essential Add-Ons
If you order our Essential Add-On products with a NuStep Recumbent Cross Trainer, your accessories will be shipped along with your machine. NuStep ships most orders within 24 hours and delivers most orders within 7-14 business days. Larger orders may require longer lead times. Warranty
Our NuStep Recumbent Cross Trainers are backed by a 3-year limited parts and 1-year limited labor warranty. Our Essential Add-Ons are backed by a 1-year limited parts warranty.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not totally satisfied within 30 days of delivery, NuStep will refund your entire purchase price, minus shipping and delivery costs. NuStep pays for return shipping.
