The NuStep Pinnacle Award
The NuStep Pinnacle Award is presented annually to one senior center and one senior living community for outstanding whole-person wellness programming.

Entry categories include:
Senior Center Division
Any whole-person wellness program catering to an older adult population (50+) offered in the following settings: senior centers, community centers, parks and recreation centers, etc.
Senior Living Division
Any whole-person wellness program offered in the following settings: independent living communities, assisted living communities, continuing care retirement communities, skilled nursing centers or memory care centers.
Selection process:The Pinnacle Award judges review each application and select finalists by point score. Subsequent on-site visits and interviews with finalists are conducted to determine winners. Winners will be notified in early October.
Established in 1998, the NuStep Pinnacle Award is a national award that recognizes senior organizations with outstanding whole-person wellness programming — a multidimensional, interdependent model that promotes self responsibility for wellness in all dimensions of ones life, from physical and intellectual wellness to spiritual, vocational, environmental, social, and emotional wellness.
