"NuStep helped me to walk again."

A year and a half ago, I broke my leg in a car accident. My recovery began with a wheelchair, then a walker and during my physical therapy, I began using the NuStep TRS 4000. The NuStep helped me to walk again.

It was hard for me to stand and the swivel chair provided comfort while I worked out on the NuStep, gaining strength in my leg. It provided the workout and benefits of an elliptical machine but in a seated position. It is simple to use, easy to adjust tension and seat position. Post physical therapy, I have continued exercising on the NuStep at my local recreation center. They have three NuSteps and the machine is so popular there is always a line of people waiting to use them.

I love the NuStep. If I were to buy any piece of exercise equipment, the NuStep would be it.
