The K-B Adorables Perform at NuStep

Recently, the K-B Adorables, in town to perform at the Seventh Annual Washtenaw Heart Gala, in Ann Arbor, Michigan, stopped in and presented their dance routine for everyone at NuStep, as well as got NuStep team members to join in the fun.

The K-B Adorables are a group of women who have homes in The Woods of King Bruwaert, an independent senior living community located in Burr Ridge, Illinois. They are a traveling dance group who have performed at various conferences, trade shows and galas around the country. The K-B’s youngest dance member is 64 years old and the oldest is 90. They exercise five times a week, utilizing the NuStep, with their fitness director and choreographer Barbara Schafer.

Some of the many performances include "Beyond the Sea," "Boot Scootin' Boogie," "Don't Rock the Jukebox," and "Chicago." Don’t miss the K-B's when they perform at the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (AAHSA), November 7-10, 2005 in San Antonio, Texas.
