We ship factory–direct from Ann Arbor, Michigan. Dock–to–dock, and inside, fully–assembled delivery are available.
Product Maintenance
The NuStep® T4r Recumbent Cross Trainer is virtually maintenance free. Please refer to the product warranty for further details.
Warranty
NuStep now offers U.S. and Canadian customers a limited warranty on recumbent cross trainers of five years for parts, one year for labor, and 10 years for the frame. If you have customer service needs, call 800–322–4434 to speak with a product specialist. They can also be reached at support@nustep.com. Customer support hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5:30 PM ET.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the product, please call your Active Living Consultant to schedule your return within 30 days. The full purchase price will be refunded to you minus the original cost of shipping. NuStep, Inc. will pay the cost of return shipping.
