Shipping

We ship factory direct from our manufacturing location in Ann Arbor, MI. We offer two delivery options: dock-to-dock and full service. Dock-to-dock delivery involves delivery to a loading dock or a similar location for receipt of the product. The customer assumes responsibility for the final installation and setup in the desired location. Full service delivery includes installation and setup in the preferred location, and the delivery company or a service provider will remove all packaging.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not totally satisfied within 30 days of delivery, NuStep will refund your entire purchase price, minus shipping and delivery costs. NuStep pays for return shipping.
