I'M A SPINAL CORD INJURY SURVIVOR AND I'VE BEEN USING THE NUSTEP T4 (TRS4000) A LITTLE OVER 2 YEARS NOW. THIS MACHINE HELPS ME TREMENDOUSLY. I HAVE GAINED SO MUCH STRENGTH AND FLEXIBILITY ON MY LEGS, ARMS AND BALANCE, IT'S AMAZING. NOW I'M ABLE TO USE A WALKER TO WALK FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME. THE WAY THINGS ARE GOING, I MAY NOT NEED A WALKER SOON. BEFORE USING THE NUSTEP, I WEIGHTED 178 LBS. NOW I'M AT 135 LBS. I WOULD ENCOURAGE ANYONE TO TRY THE NUSTEP. IT WORKS. I am able to do 10,000 steps in 62 min at our local gym. How many miles is that? 6 miles. Post heart surgery. I had 2 stents placed in June 2008 due to a 95 percent blockage in my main artery that I was not aware of. I love the NuStep Macine it's the greatest. I have been working out for a year.

Hi. I have used the NuStep machine for 1 month at rehab. My doctor said I should use it all the time to cure my peripheral neuropathy, which causes numbness in my hands and feet. The chemo drugs also affect the muscles and make them weak. I got breast cancer in Dec 2009 and had chemo for 6 months, then went to NuStep and it made me feel great. What a buddy! Insurance does not cover it and I would like to have one. I would like to get one someday and tell all my friends what a great machine this is for cancer patients. Thank you very much.

I found out about NuStep when searching for some kind of exercise equipment that I could use to get my life back. Most equipment is designed for people who have not been through surgeries, or have limitations such as myself. So I was really not thinking I would find anything, but with tears of joy found NuStep, and ordered it as soon as I did all the research. I have never regretted getting this wonderful machine! It has completely changed my life around. I started off only being able to do 3 minutes at level 2, and now I am up to level 6 at 30-45 minutes a day. I can now walk with ease, and take my two labs much more often to the park which they love. I have had 4 major surgeries to my legs which includes knee replacement, one which did not get well due to another surgery years earlier. My lymph glands had to be removed in that leg, and I had phenomenal swelling. I was so miserable and in pain 100% of the time. As as result, I gained weight because when you can't move, you just get bigger, and when you get bigger you move even less so it is a vicious cycle. I just finally gave up, and decided that my life at 35 was over. I could not move, was miserable all the time, could not do the activities I loved to do; all outdoors. Then NuStep changed my entire life! I can move now, the swelling is now under control to a more livable range; much more active, losing those nasty lbs, and much happier. Thank you NuStep! My mom has been a heart disease patient for the past two years. She has been using Nustep at her local hospital's cardiac rehab center. It has really helped her blood pressure. When she completed her cardiac rehab program last year, her blood pressure has spiked to 180. She has a typical exercise bike she has been using since she stopped her cardiac program but it wasn't enough for her to control her blood pressure. Last month her cardiologist reenrolled her in her hospital's cardiac program because of her blood pressure problems and now her blood pressure is around 120-126. She wishes that she could buy one for her home. She loves the Nustep.
