How do I switch from pounds to kilograms on the TRS
4000 display?
Press RESET and the down arrow at the same time to toggle between pounds to
kilograms.
Are the workload levels on the and TRS 4000
the same?
No. The TRS 4000 has 10 workloads.
How does the TRS 4000 monitor heart rate?
The TRS 4000 uses Polar heart rate technology and the user must be wearing
a chest strap. Call 800-322-4434 to purchase a Polar transmitter belt.
What is the weight limit for the TRS 4000?
The weight limit for the TRS 4000 is 400 pounds.
I just received my TRS 4000 and the display is not functioning
properly. What's wrong?
The display's connections may not have been installed properly. Remove the
display and make sure the ribbon cable is securely plugged into the display.
The cable may have been plugged in upside down. Using the arrow on the cable
end as a guide, make sure the cable is installed right side up.
How do I view the cumulative steps for the NuStep on
my display?
To display the cumulative steps for the NuStep, press Reset and the up arrow
at the same time. You cannot reset this displayed value. Read all 9 digits
across 3 windows. The value is displayed for 5 seconds.
Where is the serial number located for my NuStep?
The serial number is located at the top end of the electronic tube directly
behind the display.
Do any of the TRS 4000 components contain latex?
No, they don't.
How many steps are equivalent to 1 mile?
1,584 steps.
