Award Salutes Senior Organizations Transforming Lives with Whole-Person Wellness

ANN ARBOR, MI – Dec. 12, 2017 – NuStep, LLC is pleased to announce the winners of the 2018 NuStep Pinnacle Award®, the international award that recognizes excellence in whole-person wellness programming for older adults.

The Pinnacle is awarded to senior living communities and senior centers that have successfully integrated the whole-person wellness model into their settings and created a culture of wellness throughout their organizations. By offering balanced, comprehensive programming that addresses all dimensions of wellness, Pinnacle Award winners demonstrate a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for residents, members and employees.

NuStep Interim Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Linda Wojciechowicz says, “In the nearly 20 years since NuStep launched the Pinnacle Award, wellness for older adults has moved from a novel concept to standard practice for many senior communities and senior centers. Even so, the 2018 Pinnacle Award winners demonstrate how wellness programming for older adults continues to evolve.

“Rather than a static approach to wellness programming, our winners encourage and embrace ideas and input from residents and members. The result is relevant, meaningful programming that adjusts to the changing interests and needs of participants and supports them on their wellness journey.”

The 2018 NuStep Pinnacle Award winners are:

Senior Living Division:
