Why Commercial Facilities Choose NuStep
Long-term durability
Professional environments place demands on exercise machines that home use simply doesn’t. A recumbent cross trainer in a rehab clinic or senior living fitness center may see dozens of users per day, each with different physical needs and ability levels. All our commercial gym equipment is engineered for exactly that kind of use. NuStep’s line of cross trainers, exercise bikes and ergometers feature reinforced frames and heavy-duty components designed to hold up under continuous daily use.
Inclusive design
Accessibility and inclusivity are central to how we design every piece of our commercial fitness equipment. Step-through frames* and 360-degree swivel seats allow users to get on and off the exercise machines safely and independently, including those who have limited mobility. Adjustable resistance levels let each user start where they’re comfortable and progress at their own pace. This means the same piece of inclusive fitness equipment can serve a patient early in rehabilitation all the way to a high-performance athlete.
*T4r models do not have low step-through frames.
Low maintenance
For commercial facility operators, NuStep’s exercise machines are designed to be low maintenance and easy to manage. Durable construction means fewer service calls and less downtime. Intuitive controls allow users to begin exercising with minimal instruction, which frees up staff to focus on programming or patient care rather than getting individuals oriented to their gym equipment.
